Join us at Tailwind Roasting Collaborative for a 3-hour, hands-on roasting workshop. We cover the basics (and then some) of turning coffee beans brown, including:
Roasting machine anatomy
How to use machine controls to manage your roast
Data logging, both manual and digital
Roast phases, roast level, and development time
Participants will get hands-on roasting time and will get to take home a bag of beans that they roasted themselves.
