Join us for a special Valentine’s edition of our Intro to Cupping class!
We will taste six distinct coffees chosen for their naturally expressive flavor profiles. Expect notes that lean floral, fruity, and chocolate-forward.
In addition to our standard cupping format, this class includes a guided sensory pairing experience featuring strawberry, chocolate, and floral element. We will use these pairings to explore how sweetness, bitterness, fat, and aroma influence the way we perceive flavor in coffee.
You will learn the fundamentals of professional coffee cupping, including how to evaluate aroma, flavor, acidity, body, and aftertaste, and how to talk about coffee using shared language.
No prior tasting experience is required. This class is welcoming to couples, friends, and anyone curious about tasting coffee more intentionally.
