Join us at Tailwind Roasting Collaborative for a 3-hour, hands-on cupping workshop.

This workshop provides roasters with practical strategies for managing costs by utilizing past crop coffees without compromising quality. The session covers the mechanisms behind faded coffee flavors and how best to keep those notes at bay through best practices in storage, buying, and roasting.

The class will include 2 hands-on cupping sessions to help participants identify and grade the severity of fade in the cup as well as compare different roasting techniques to mask the perception of fade.
