We’ll start with a walkthrough of the Loring, covering its mechanics and overall design. Then we’ll roast a couple batches together, talking through what’s happening in real time.
After roasting, we’ll taste the same coffee roasted on the Loring alongside that coffee roasted to a similar profile on a drum roaster, giving you a clear sense of how different roasting styles impact flavor.
