Join us at Tailwind’s Cupping Lab for a 90-minute, introduction to coffee tasting (cupping). We will taste and explore 6 different coffees, paying close attention to aroma, flavor, acidity, body, and aftertaste. Learn how to grade and discuss coffee qualities like a professional coffee cupper.
