Honduran Auction Coffee Cupping

A Just for fun Honduran cupping!

Finca La Joya in La Paz, Honduras shared a collection of their most recent auction coffees with us and we’d love to cup them with you!

There are 10 lots in total:

4 classic washed process coffee of different varietals

5 controlled fermentations

1 experimental process

All 10 lots were harvested between Jan and February of 2026 from 1750-1810 masl. These should be a ton of fun to taste through and we’d love to share them with you :)
