Join us for a cupping featuring the Hachi Project, a collaboration between two of specialty coffee’s leading innovators: Diego Bermudez of Finca El Paraíso (Colombia) and Allan Hartmann of Guarumo Coffee. Named after the Japanese word for "eight" (symbolizing infinite potential), the Hachi Project blends tradition and experimental processing to explore new flavor profiles.
We’ll taste through a selection of these experimental lots, including unique processes like the Oxidative Natural, Inverted Fermentation, Enzyflow, and Symbiotic.
