Join us for a special Halloween edition of our Intro to Cupping class!
We will taste six distinct coffees chosen for their expressive flavor profiles. Expect a range of fruity, chocolatey, sweet, and surprising flavors.
In addition to our standard cupping format, this class includes a guided sensory pairing experience featuring some of our favorite Halloween candies. We’ll use these pairings to explore how sweetness, bitterness, texture, and aroma influence the way we perceive flavor in coffee.
You will learn the fundamentals of professional coffee cupping, including how to evaluate aroma, flavor, acidity, body, and aftertaste, and how to talk about coffee using shared language.
No prior tasting experience is required. Costumes encouraged!
